IT'S OVER!
Congratulations and huge thanks to all the artists and volunteers that have made this year's Artomatic 419! a reality.

And now for the bittersweet reality, time for deinstall.

Artists may come to take down their work and clean their space on the following dates:
Monday May 4, 5:30-9pm
Tuesday May 5, 1-6pm (NOTICE TIME LISTED DIFFERENT IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
Wednesday May 6, 1-6pm (NOTICE TIME LISTED DIFFERENT IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
Thursday May 7, 5:30-9pm
Friday May 8, 5:30-9pm
Saturday May 9, 1-9pm
Sunday May 10, 1-9pm

All those volunteering to help during deinstall will be sent a reminder email on Monday May 4th. Check your email.

During deinstall, we will have paper copies of our wrap-up survey on site. PLEASE fill one out so we may have a record of your successes during this event and suggestions for the next Artomatic 419!

TWO MORE SATURDAY'S
We had well over 1,500 people show up to the first Saturday of Artomatic 419! and we have you to thank! Make sure to come out this Saturday for another day of fun and festivities!

AVAILABLE ARTIST SPACES
Only 30 visual artist exhibiting spaces left for this year's event. If you still want in, join us on Wednesday, March 18th 7-9pm 201 Morris St (Next to Maumee Bay Brewing Company in Toledo) to pick your space.

Bring your one time $30 registration fee, calendar to sign-up for volunteer hours, and cameras and tape measures to prepare for your planning.

OPEN HOUSE
Thursday January 22, 6-8pm and Saturday January, 24 2-4pm, we will be opening up the building to everyone that has signed up. This will be your first chance to explore the site, and get your head around how big this event is going to be.

The building is right next to the Oliver House at 201 Morris St Toledo, OH 43604 in the Warehouse District.

Whether you're an artist, a performer, or signed up to volunteer, PLEASE come to the open house. This is going to be the only time we open the building to you BEFORE we do the walk-through and space sign-ups on January 29, 30, and 31.

Come on out and mingle with the other people that have signed up.
Bring your thinking caps, notebooks and cameras! If you can't attend, send someone else with a camera in your place.

Join us for our next informal gathering session for Q&A and networking - a "gathermatic" if you will. Meet us up on Wednesday, August 27th, 6 - 8 pm, at Manhattan's 1516 Adams Street.

If you or anyone else you know in our community would be jived to jump into this awesome collaborative effort, we encourage all to get involved. Come on out a let us know how you want to be involved!

If you weren't able to make it to our first introductory meeting on Wednesday, June 25, don't worry you have not missed your chance. This Thursday July 24th, 6pm, we will be holding another info session at Jugs Bowling Center at 5111 Jackman Rd, Toledo, OH 43613.
